4. The Emperor

The Emperor is a powerful figure. Just look at his face and the way he presents himself with his robes and throne.

In #TheWitchesTarot his staff has a ram’s head, the sign of head-strong Aries.  In the #EverydayTarotDeck his staff is an ankh, the Egyptian symbol for eternal life or the key of life.

Notice in the Witches Tarot the red robes.  Red symbolizes power, but you can feel that from this card! Some feel this is a father figure, but this can be any person or entity of leadership or structure.  It could even be you!

Let’s not assume this is negative, as some people see structure as oppressive.  This could be a foundational card. Something needs to be done. Discipline leads to success.

Perhaps something needs to be undone and boundaries need to be put into place.
