12. The Hanged Man
Time to look at things from a fresh perspective. The Hanged Man is looking at the world upside down. The halo around his head signals an enlightenment.
Notice, he is not completely bound. He is there, perhaps, of his own accord. He will not waste the time he spends contemplating his thoughts. This time will help him move forward when he is ready, but for now, he has suspended time. He is taking a pause.
Think about that. Taking a pause can be beneficial to our physical and mental health. It can help us think more clearly and better align ourselves with where we are meant to be. It is better to take a voluntary pause than a forced pause (i.e. ending up sick or worse!).
If you are undecided about something, The Hanged Man is telling you exactly what to do!
