Four of Swords
Take a break. Really give your brain a rest. There’s been a lot going on and you have to take some time. Breathe, meditate, exercise. This is very much like the Two of Swords but more so.
Turn off your electronics, go outside. Burnout is real and you don’t want to go too deep. It’s better to voluntarily rest than to be forced to rest. The Three of Swords was painful and some of that energy is still around. Take the time to heal so you can move on and be free of the pain.
